Meeting of the Higher Educations Institutions of Puntland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The first plenary meeting of the heads of the higher education institutions of puntland is meant to strengthen the provision of accessible and high quality higher education services.<\/p>\n<p>The overall goal of the plenary meeting of Puntland Higher Education Institutions is to assess the state of higher education in Puntland and subsequently decide on a common way forward to improve the situation of the provision of higher education services.<\/p>\n<p>This plenary meeting has been jointly organized
