Staff Email Access Information
All university staff are provided with an official institutional email address to support professional communication and access to digital services.
Official Staff Email
Each staff member is assigned an email address in the following format:
name@psu.edu.so
or
department@psu.edu.so (e.g., info@psu.edu.so, ict@psu.edu.so)
Purpose of Staff Email
The official staff email is used for:
- Internal university communication
- Academic and administrative correspondence
- Accessing university systems and online platforms
- Receiving official notices, circulars, and announcements
Access & Security
- Login credentials are issued by the ICT Department
- Staff are advised to keep their passwords confidential
- Regular password updates are recommended to ensure security
Email Access
Staff can access their email through:
- Webmail (via the university portal)
- Approved email clients on computers and mobile devices
