Admission Guidelines​

Welcome to our University. We are committed to providing quality education and equal learning opportunities to all qualified applicants. The following admission guidelines outline the requirements and procedures for prospective students.

1. General Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of recognized secondary/high school education
  • Successful pass in the national or accredited secondary school examination
  • Submission of the original secondary school certificate and transcripts
  • Two recent passport-size photographs
  • Payment of the non-refundable registration/application fee
  • Completion and submission of the official Admission Form during the registration period
  • The Admission Form is available from the University Registration Office

2. Application Procedure

Applicants are required to follow these steps:

  1. Obtain and complete the official Admission Application Form (online or on campus).
  2. Attach all required documents as specified in the admission requirements.
  3. Submit the completed application form before the announced deadline.
  4. Pay the required application/registration fee.
  5. Await notification regarding admission status.

3. Document Verification

  • All submitted documents must be authentic and verifiable.
  • The University reserves the right to reject applications containing false or incomplete information.
  • Original documents may be requested for verification during registration.

4. Admission Decision

  • Admission decisions are based on academic qualifications and fulfillment of admission requirements.
  • Successful applicants will receive an official admission offer from the University.
  • Admission is confirmed only after completion of registration and fee payment.

5. Important Notes

  • Meeting the minimum admission requirements does not automatically guarantee admission.
  • Late or incomplete applications may not be considered.
  • The University reserves the right to amend admission guidelines when necessary.
